It was amazing to chill and relax with my significant other and the DT BURGER WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS IVE EVER HAD!!!!

It was gross. When I went to my bathroom and there were small curly hairs on my toilet. There were other hairs on my shower wall. The bedding clearly wasn't changed. It smelled of womens perfume, like Victoria Secret. Definitely not of any kind of laundry soap. I had to ask for a Do Not Disturb sign, because there wasnt one in my room. I specifically told them I do not want anyone in my room at all. I had the Do Not Disturb sign up, and when I returned someone had been in my room. My belongings and private documents all rearranged. I was so...... mad. I went down and expressed how upset I was. They guy apologized and the lady said oh well you signed a paper. Extremely rude. She then said well I don't what your expecting but I can give you a few points for the mishap. I told her I did not want them. That was not the point. I specifically said no one in my room. It should have been noted. I run a retreat center and that was not good customer service at all.

I called to confirm I was getting a pet friendly room. The front desk clerk confirmed that. When I got to the hotel they advised me there is a $75 pet fee. I am not happy that ******* nor the hotel advised of the fee at booking.

This hotel was a little pricey to me considering you have to pay parking per day separately and breakfast is not included. There were several events while I was staying so the parking lot had a lot of cars so parking was not even close. The bathroom was smaller than expected for a double bed room. The beds themselves were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The service was not up to expectations. Whenever I would request something I would be told it would be brought to me and an hour later I would still be waiting. And the requests were very minor. For 3 guests we were left 2 single creamers in the room. I went downstairs to ask for more because we are all morning coffee drinkers. An hour later nothing had been brought to our room. I asked again and 10 mins later a very rude woman brought a bag of creamers. By that time the coffee was already cold. We had also went out to the pool during our stay. I loved the jacuzzi and the pool was very nice. However staff never came and brought pool towels after they were requested. We had to walk back to the room wet and request more bath towels to be brought up which took almost an hour. Overall I’d suggest booking with La Quinta if you are staying in the area. Nice rooms, good price, free parking, free breakfast, and they also have an indoor pool and gym. That’s where I will be staying my next trip (:

Stay there 4 nights I told them every day to clean room they never did was charged for a 5th day they where going to clean room they had come to the door early and said that the whole floor smelled of smoke but only came to my door I let them in there was no smoke in my room they did say I need to reg my partner who is much younger than me I went to the front desk paid and he came with me we PD and left as they were going to clean room when I returned the girl at front desk yelled across the lobby Mr Dxxx x I'm evicting you for smoking I ever did smoke in my room she also said you're key no longer works I will escort you to your room to get your things my partner was told he needed to wait outside while she in front of multiple guests told me they dont want are kind in San Bernardino i was charged for that night and 250 more im a senior disabled vet I took pictures as i never smoked in room and why did they rerent to me to only then put me on the street this happened at 1 pm
