Great family stay. Two nights in Colorado Springs on our way home from Christmas. Kristin went above and beyond to make our stay great. Room was comfy and spacious.

Only complaint is there was no glasses in the room. It was very late when we checked in so didn't want to go get some. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to have some

The facility is constructed of superior materials. The support facilities are outstanding. It is short enough in turnovers that the dining and other service areas are just opening.
It looks like the access street is being worked on. The turnoff to the hotel is hard to determine. And the surrounding buildings are distracting.

This place is a jewel I swear. It has everything: breakfast, bar (although I dont drink), kitchen in room, everything you could ever need in the room already, its clean, great service, frienkly staff, comfort, I am just feeling blessed. And the prices are great!! I am just blown away.

Everything was great. The receptionist was awesome and so was the bartender. The room was perfect. Bed was very comfy
