Room was nice but it was dirty. There were drip marks of some kind on sever different walls. There were old had warmers left in the room. Breakfast was good and parking was easy.

Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

It is an ideal location for visiting my sister & for keeping two dogs. Most amenities were great.
Except…
WiFi was an obnoxious nigh**are to use, massively glitchy, at least in my quadrant.
Many staff don’t speak any English.

1. Address is for an entire 1/2 x 1/2 mile shopping center. Hotel is hidden at rear of shopping area and not visible. No signs!. It took me 20 minutes of searching/circling the area to find it. Told desk clerk. He said he gets that complaint all the time and Google maps is no good for this location.
2. We are dirty, tired, and hungry and just want to get to out room. The first thing we were asked was if we want to get another Credit Card!
The clerk examined photo ID, and then I was asked to verify my information. Why doesn't the clerk just read the ID while he has it ?
3. Hot tub Broken.
