El hotel dice ser de tres estrellas que tiene caídas 2 y media, esta realmente en un estado de deterioro que no comprendo como la dirección de turismo de Colonia permite que siga funcionando como tal. Habíamos reservado una suite porque en la reserva telefónica me dijeron que el hotel estaba completo. Menos mal no quiero ni pensar lo que serán las habitaciones comunes. La verdad que eso no solo no era una suite si no que era una habitación modesta en franco deterioro. Las alfombras de la escalera y de los pasillos estas viejas y sucias, la recepción esta abandonada y todo quedo sin mantenimiento como en la época que fue construido el hotel. Ahora eso si cobraron el precio de un hotel de 4 estrellas por ser una suite. No pudimos irnos esa noche porque no conseguimos alojamiento en ningún otro hotel ya que era el fin de semana de carnaval, por suerte la segunda noche pudimos conseguir alojamiento en el Charco, que no tengo mas que ponderaciones para dicho hotel.

Hotel tradicional e histórico, localiza-se a poucos metros da cidade velha. Antigo, mas bem conservado e limpo. O quarto é espaçoso e o banheiro confortável. Não tem estacionamento, mas é fácil e seguro deixar o carro bem na frente do hotel.

Hice la reserva x la página y cuando llegue no tenía lugar. Un día de suspensión de Buquebus, tampoco contestaba el teléfono. La justificación fue que no sabía mirar la Compu. Me quede sin reserva y con las disculpas.
