Universal Hotel Marqués

El hotel está dentro del mar, las vistas son increíbles, súper bonito, un lujo en el paraíso. Fue el cumple de mi chico y nos regalaron una botella da cava, todo un detalle :)

Hotel maravilloso en la Colonia de San Jordi. Desayuno muy bueno y habitaciones espaciosas y muy bonitas. Tiene justo al lado una playa preciosa. El único pero, es el precio, algo caro, pero como todo Mallorca.

A beautiful location, friendly staff. Great food. Best holiday I've ever had. Will definitely visit again. The weather was amazing, the sea and beaches were clean and full of wildlife. The locals were very friendly it was paradise. I want to live there, and am seriously considering selling up to do so.

We arrived late and tired after travelling all day. The night staff provided us with food and drink fresh fruit. This was the standard which we found consistent through out our 8 day stay. Food excellent, breakfast and dinner to choose from and buffet style. Full bar and lunch menue . The pool and lounge areas were great and scenery good as right on the waterside. Slept (upper floor)with balcony door open as the sound of the sea waves was brilliant. The area around hotel is beach, boats, boardwalk ways to other hotels along the shoreline. Not to miss the sunset!!! Excellent!!. The town has excellent restaurants and bars with music for nightlife as does the hotel bar every second night. 2 buses to get to Palma city and easy to transit bus routes to anywhere on the island. The hotel provide airport transfers for 18€ each. Excellent value. Overall we loved our special time spent in Colonia De Sant Jordi, The Universal Marquis ❤️.. deff recommend it. We there in May so not too hot.

.We had an inside room without a balcony. It was huge ,with sofa ,coffee table. Very clean We were offered to upgrade to a balcony but it was very windy so probably wouldn’t have been able to sit out. Staff were lovely and we had breakfast and there was a huge choice to suit everyone .

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is close to several beaches. We found plenty of free on street parking a short walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable, but a bit smaller than what had become used to during our visit to Majorca. Breakfast was good, with the usual assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, and made to order eggs. We had a quick lunch at the hotel our first day and the food and service were good. It was not our best hotel, but still not a bad choice. What would have made it better would have been a friendlier, more engaging staff.

I give this hotel 0 stars because our money was stolen right from our room!!! We arrived from a trip and left our things in the room, we checked that the money was there and left for dinner. After dinner, from about 10 o'clock in the evening, we celebrated the engagement with my fiancé and our friends at the bar and returned to the room after 12 o'clock at night. We have photos and videos that show us sitting downstairs on the bar. After that, in the morning, we noticed that our money was missing, 250 euros from us and 500 euros from our friends. We didn’t pay at the bar, but left it on the account of the room, so the employees honestly knew that we were not in the room now and would not go back soon, and most likely at that moment from 10 to 12 pm they stole our money. We talked to the hotel director, but she did not want to help us and said that she trusted her employees. They also printed out a document for us from the system, which showed what time the entrances to the room were and it showed that someone entered our room while we were sitting at the bar. When asked how this could be, the director replied that she did not know. We have filed a statement with the police and hope that this issue will be resolved. Our friends' money was stolen directly from the safe, which means this cannot be trusted either. The hotel director denies everything and claims that we ourselves entered the room, but this was physically impossible, since we were at the bar all the time and there are photos that confirm this. After we left a bad review on one of the services, the hotel director accused us of lying! There was no assistance or assistance, no one offered compensation for losses or a discount for accommodation. I do not recommend this hotel, you may end up completely without money. Because of this, we were unable to buy gifts and souvenirs when we went to the city of Palma! We are very upset and because of this incident we will most likely never fly to Spain again!

Nice Hotel good foot but the rooms are very basic and small for a 4 stars Hotel. People of the Hotel are very kindly and the view from your room is fantastic . Rooms are very small and very basic . Just to expensive for a 4 stars Hotel.

GENIAL HABITACIÓN COMO SIEMPRE. TRANQUILIDAD Y SERVICIO COMPLEMENTARIO TRADICIONAL Y MODERNO ESPECTACULAR. LAS MEJORES PLAYAS DEL MUNDO, UN PARAÍSO. CADA AÑO UNA CITA OBLIGADA, TRABAJAMOS TODO EL AÑO PARA PODER ESTAR AHÍ CON VOSOTROS.
