完全不推薦 味道濃郁 破舊 臟亂差 枕套一看就是沒換過 褶皺上面不知道是蚊子血還是什麼血跡 下飛機看圖片乾淨定了兩天 490多定的 以為最少會乾淨 先湊合兩天 沒想到差的難以想象 床單被套洗不出來的那種黑 根本拍照拍不出來 有破洞的床單下面直接接觸發黃髮黑 全是碎渣皮屑的破舊床墊子 睡得全身發癢 洗個澡吧 浴巾一塊黑 一塊黃 也不知道是什麼 這輩子沒住過這種酒店 設施古老破舊 東西發黃就算了 主要是不乾淨 牆體多處發黴 新國家半夜搬酒店害怕 將就一晚第二天搬走 第二天的房費還不給我退 有一條洗了沒乾的沙灘褲掛在櫃子裏 找攜程找回 酒店説沒有 東西不值錢 性質很惡劣

服務特別好，設施比較老，國內三星水平。適合商務出差，樓頂酒吧好評。

出差的便捷酒店，服務員熱情周到，Nisantha，Lakmal 和 Wijeweer 幫助晚上深夜拿行李和打掃衞生。經濟不好，感覺人來的也不多

所有房間都不能吸煙，窗户是封閉式的。地理位置很一般。

I recently stayed at the Best Western Colombo and had a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the lobby manager was very humble, but I faced a significant billing issue with room service. I ordered two brownies for dessert, listed at 850 LKR each on the menu and confirmed via phone. However, I was shocked to find I was charged 1540 LKR each instead. This unexpected charge doubled my total bill to 4156 LKR instead of the anticipated 2000 LKR. Initially, this experience made me want to give a 1-star review. However, the lobby manager's sincere efforts to apologize and explain the situation changed my mind to a 3-star review. Despite his efforts, the system issues prevented him from reversing the charge, and I ended up paying an unrealistic amount. While I appreciate the room comfort and the Lobby manager's dedication, this billing discrepancy has made me question whether I would choose this hotel again, even though I have chosen this location several times before. I hope management addresses such issues in the future.

The establishment was rather pleasant. Consistent with the images provided. The rooftop bar offers a stunning view. The music was quite enjoyable. The cuisine at the bar had an excessive level of spiciness. The staff demonstrated a commendable level of friendliness and hospitality. The cleaning of the bedroom was not performed to a satisfactory standard. Upon my arrival, I noticed a deceased cockroach in the bedroom, which remained there for two days. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the hospital where I was undergoing all my tests. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the heart of Colombo.

Amazing room, amazing food, followed by amazing service!!!!. Can't wait for the next time!...have to highlight the amazing service I recieved from the staff and from Dumith the Lobby Manager....Very friendly and focuses on delivering a high customer satisfaction

Very good service and Lobby manager Dumith is very helpful with the service. Rooms are very nice and tidy. Foods are very test and delicious. Highly recommended to have a stay in best western with your family memebers, friends or your love ones.
