I had an overall pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The staff and facilities were good, and I enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately, on Thursday evening there was a water outage, so there was no running water until the next morning, and hot water was only restored around noon. This was inconvenient, but apart from that, my experience was positive.
