โรงแรมเมอร์เคียวในโคโลญ

ห้องพักสะอาดดี แต่ไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง เครื่องปรับอากาศไม่ทำงาน เมื่อเราพยายามโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับหลายครั้งเพื่อขอความช่วยเหลือในการแก้ไขปัญหา แต่ก็ไม่มีใครรับสาย ทั้งที่เราโทรไปหลายครั้งแล้ว ที่จอดรถอยู่ที่อาคารหลัก ส่วนเราพักในอาคารอีกหลังหนึ่งซึ่งอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนและไม่มีแผนกต้อนรับ ระบุว่ามีที่จอดรถให้ แต่คุณต้องจ่ายเงิน 23 ยูโรสำหรับ 24 ชั่วโมง สุดท้ายพวกเขายกเว้นให้เราเพราะเครื่องปรับอากาศไม่ทำงานและพวกเขาก็ซ่อมให้ กาแฟที่เสิร์ฟนั้นดี โรงแรมค่อนข้างเงียบในเวลากลางคืน แต่ตอนกลางวันมีเสียงก่อสร้างบ้างเนื่องจากมีการปรับปรุงพื้นที่บางส่วน

Struggled to get through to the hotel as the phone number on the app used to make booking was in correct. The hotel is easy to find and transport links from the airport I give a 10/10 plus connection to the city was super easy. Upon arrival, the service desk staff were pleasant and apologised. Finally checked in and the room was clean and well done. However, my room was facing the major road and extremely noisy during the entire stay as the road is a busy one.  Ordered a late dinner and disappointed with my under done beef patty, the bun it came with required an electric knife to get through. I did complain and an apology was given.  Now, the hotel room doors bang whenever they’re being closed and made my stay unbearable. Something definitely needs to be done as I was put off!! Before retiring to bed, I hung the notice to not be disturbed..alas! the following morning after breakfast I just wanted to have a quiet time but I was rudely interrupted, disturbed coupled with the loud doors as the cleaners went about their inspections 2 x in a space of 10 minutes.  I would have loved to stay here on future visits but it’s a NO!!  The breakfast was lovely, sauna and swimming pool facilities too. I did not use the gym. Otherwise it’s in a good safe location.

This hotel offers an exceptional stay. The room was spotless with modern amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
