สิ่งที่แนะนำที่สุดคือทำเล! ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟโคโลญและมหาวิหารโคโลญเพียงไม่กี่ร้อยเมตร และมีความเงียบสงบในความพลุกพล่าน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกการบริการดีมาก แต่มีสิ่งหนึ่งที่ฉันไม่พอใจกับ: ราคาบนเว็บไซต์ของตัวเองนั้นต่ำกว่าราคาใน Ctrip! ฉันรู้สึกไม่มีความสุขเล็กน้อยเมื่อรู้เรื่องนี้

主火旁邊一眾酒店裡比較便宜的，沒啥説的，就是主火那個環境，還是要注意安全。
服務態度挺好，不過設施什麼和周圍幾家相比非常平庸。

I arrived around 4PM. The door was closed. No staff around. I was asked to enter a keycode, which I did not have. Being from USA, I had no cell phone connection without internet. I went back to the train station to get internet connection and call my wife. After sometime she called me back with a keycode. I went back to the hotel and this time could enter. I do not understand why the keycode and instructions were not sent to me!!!

Friendly staff. The receptionist went out of his way to gave us suggestion in how to spent the few hours we were to be in the city Nice surprise to find out that some of the staff spoke Spanish, my first language. Good location for our own plans.

Great value, central location and friendly hosts. Breakfast was very filling and good tasting. Shower was powerful and balcony a nice touch for enjoying evenings Would stay again next time in Cologne.

Reception closed on arrival (4.30pm) but they had sent a code for lock box at entry. Location was good for train station and cathedral. Room good. Bathroom light on a sensor that doesn't pick up when you're in the shower and leaves you in the pitch dark.

Great location just minutes from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The Cologne Cathedral is also within 10 minute walk. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Muller.

The staff was very friendly and multilingual. It has a VERY convenient location: close (read: walkable) to lots of attractions and the train station. Good food options also close by. They also offer sleeping cots for children at no additional charge. Definitely recommend!

we stayed there only for 1 night, as a location it was perfect, room was little bit small but we used it only for 1 night sleepin so it was okay.
