호텔 측 사정으로 근처에 다른 호텔에 묵었습니다. 사실 당황스럽긴 했는데 좀 멀지만 좋은 곳으로 잡아줘서 편안히 잘 보내고 왔습니다. 알베르고는 위치가 아주 좋고 쾰른 크리스마스 마켓을 보러 가신 거라면 어디든 도보로 다닐 수 있을 정도에 위치해있어요. 저는 방은 못 가보고 리셉션만 있다가 다른곳으로 이동했지만 리셉션에 계신 분들도 아주 친절하고 데스크 근처도 깔끔했습니다.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt Kölns. Wir waren für ein Nacht dort. Das Personal beim Ein- und Auschecken war sehr freundlich. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich im Zimmer. Daran gab es nichts zu bemängeln.
Zwei Dinge würden wir uns für dieses Hotel wünschen:
Die Matratzen haben unseres Erachtens schon einmal bessere Tage gesehen und müssten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden.
Vorhänge sind zwar vorhanden, allerdings leider nicht lichtundurchlässig. Es wird morgens sehr hell im Zimmer. Nicht jeder, der dort bucht ist auf einem Busines***** und muss morgens früh aufstehen. 😉

We went to experience the Chris**as markets in Cologne and were delighted at the excellent location of the Hotel.
The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and accomodating.

This was a perfect place to stay the night while enjoying the city's many different chris**as markets. It is perfectly situated beside one of the markets which made it easy for us to take a break in our room, use the washroom and drop off packages. This simple little hotel had everything we needed for a night in Cologne.

Great location on the square just back from the river and close to the cathedral but the hotel and rooms could do with an upgrade. Restaurant in the hotel was very good indeed and a great breakfast

We stayed for only one night, so cannot really comment a lot but will share few observations. Great location, close to center. Good wifi. All necessary facilities present, like toiletries, towels, slippers, etc. They also have a lift. However, other facilities were absent like refrigerator, mini bar, etc. (but this was known already). I had requested for a cot while making the booking and was very happy to find out that the cot was there. Finding the room was a bit tricky and puzzling, but manageable. For my wife, the bed was fine, but on my side, it was very uncomfortable. The mattress wasn't really intact, and was somewhat bent from the middle part.
