Very very strong smell of renovation, both furnitue and paint. Shower gel in the bathroom is empty. Many times there is no any reception staff. Not a good location for solo travellers because of it is really far away from bus station though there are many fast food and supermarkets near by. If you just go to giant cause way you d better back to Belfast. Return train ticket is cheap, you dont need to stay here 1 night for saving 10 pound.

We have just returned home from a 3 night stay. We regularly stayed here when it was a Premier Inn. The transformation to Ibis has made the hotel feel much more luxurious and we loved the more modern design. We both slept really well. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I think the biggest improvement is in the restaurant though. The quality, variety and value for money is incredible, particularly in this day and age. We normally eat elsewhere in the area but had two fantastic meals here. Neither of us could manage more than two courses and we can eat a lot! We will definitely return.

Cannot wait to return. What a great hotel. Rooms are so nice. Great powerful shower and amazing comfy bed. We were up visiting family and the bar at the hotel is great. Food is so fresh and the staff all take the time to speak to all there. We ended up eating in the hotel both nights. Singer on in the bar each night which was a bonus. Premier inn could learn a few things on how to do food. We will be back soon.

Forgot to leave a review. Could not fault this hotel. Really easy check with lovely staff. Rooms were lovely and clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was lovely, more than enough to eat and drink and again the staff were on hand if you needed anything. Well done Riverside Hotel on helping us have a very pleasant experience. Thanks.

We spent 3 nights at Riverside Hotel and it was excellent. No complaints at all. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Large comfy bed and spacious room. Everything very clean. Delicious breakfast which was lovely and hot! Location was great too. Right beside plenty of shops, restaurants and a lovely path to walk along the River Bann. Would definitely stay again!
