1층 외부 객실은 현관 바로 앞에 주차 가능하여 사요이 편리하고 실내수영장은 온수가 적당하고 오전중에는 이용객이 적으나 저녁시간에는 붐빔

-stayed here 20 yrs ago, place is showing its age.
-restaurant on site has limited hours which are NOT posted on website.
-keep the pool closed during breakfast hours - screaming kids and echoing pool noise NOT appreciated oduring breakfast.
-front staff was fine

Over all the stay was fine. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking property. But there are cigarette butts right outside the door on the ground. The hallway going to the pool was not cleaned the two days I was there. The pool was cloudy. The hot tub was not hot.
The breakfast selection was great. The room was ok. I was a little surprised that we got the “upgraded room”. I am afraid to see what a regular looks like.
The bed was comfy at least. The shower was so tiny. If you are a big person I’m not sure how you’d shower in there. The staff was very nice. The location is great. You can walk right next door to shopping and food.

This was a nice family friendly hotel with a great pool and hot tub. The sauna doesn’t heat up properly. The wifi is intermittent and I found myself using my data frequently d/t the wifi not working well. They have laundry rooms on site and sell detergent packets which was great. This hotel is very close to downtown Midland which was great. I think they should leave an extra blanket in the room as I found it a little cold to sleep. The only thing I found frustrating was using a third party like ******* to book I was not quoted properly for the additional municipal tax. This was a problem as our room was funded for medical travel so I needed to pay what I had reserved. I think this is largely a problem with ******* and not the Hotel but the Hotel acknowledged guests have been having difficulties with this so I think hotel management should make it a priority to resolve this issue with ******* so guests don’t have to deal with problems at check in. It was not easy to resolve and was a hassle with a tired child waiting to check in in (45 min or more on phone with *******) . Otherwise no complaints and would stay again if needed.

Hotel was dark and dated. Kids loved the pool and the atrium style was nice but water was cloudy in the pool and hot tub and there was a terrible rubber/mold smell. House keeping emptied garbage and replaced one towel and plastic cups but did not make the beds. Will try elsewhere next time in Midland.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. Great beds. Only disappointed that I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub which was not hot at all.

The building and property was ok but the room was not the nicest. Not very clean and maintained. Hair in the shower, floor unclean, not wiped down properly.
