Terrace Elite Resort Ultra All Inclusive

Very clean hotel with good quality food. Very helpful and nice staff. The wonderful animation team will make our holiday time very pleasant with various games, great shows every evening - they do a very good job! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amazing staff. Expecially the entertainment team. Merry and ninja Always happy and welcoming. Food Amazing. Pool Is beautiful. Absolute 5stars well deserved. Night entertainment great atmosphere. We will return with family in the near future.

Hotel is lovely, modern and up to date. Rooms were good size and cleaned daily, mostly just beds and towels though. We were on 5th floor so used the lift but only 1 lift per block so was very busy. Pool area was great. Hard to get a bed as people were up super early putting towels down. Some people were removing towels around the splash park area and taking the beds. Floor around the pool was so slippy! Saw so many children slip and fall and on our first day helped a little girl who had slipped and broke her 2 front teeth and bust her lip! Not many British people! Pool bar was awful 🤮 it constantly smelt like sick. They also couldn't make the cocktails the same every time. We left a lot as they were made wrong and were disgusting 🤢 the mini disco is around the back of the pool bar and it also smelt awful round there, think mens toilets 🤮 can't comment on the evening entertainment as we never saw it as it started so late my son was to tired to stay awake. It started around 10ish. Food was mediocre. Very repetitive, under cooked chicken on the BBQ. Ice cream for 1 hour in the afternoon but i didnt like them they were like jelly. Beach was nice, lots of things going on. Foam party and the big inflatable were really good. Some of the staff work their back sides off and are really lovely. Some are grumpy and rude. Restaurant was so warm and busy was sometimes hard to get a table. Al a carte only opens if they have more than 10 people booking and it's 10 euros pp. I saw it open once. Lots of places inside to relax on big sofas with a coffee and cake. Germans just seem to take over the activities (vollyball) and play between themselves. Floor gets super hot. Overall we had a great time.

The room is very good 3516 is a family room with a 3 beds The bar , the waiters they are all good , and the cocktails is perfect and looks Nice The vitamine bar it’s amazing we love the fruits vitamines The restaurant, is everyday the same food and it’s cold but to be honest we like the Turkish night food The animation team we Can say more than amazing more than perfect they did our holiday We want to say that outside the hotel it’s not a clean ( outside ) Hotel is very clean

Wow what can I say just returned from hols amazing hotel from beginning to end. The rooms where lovely cleaned every day clean towels mini bar filled up everyday the animation team are very friendly and make u feel welcome great entertainment they work really hard as do all the bar staff and restaurant staff food was great cause I’m fussy eater snack bar had loads of choice got no complaints will definitely be returning to this hotel

Hotel is 45 mins from airport. Rooms are were ok 5/10. Swimming pools was good, 3 swimming pools. Entertainment was below average, pretty much same kind of dances every day. Food was quite bad, i would give it 2/10. They are repetitive and recycle the good from day before. The patisserie was so bad. They say all inclusive but then you had to pay for kids clubs activities and pay for popcorn/candy floss and vitamin bar. The kids arcade is also not part of the all inclusive. The english spoken by the staff was really poor - barely understood anything and got our drinks order wrong most of the time. Reception wasn't the best either , didn't really go out of their way to help you. Would not come back.

Our stay so far at Terrace Elite Resort has been amazing! Great hotel facilities, good food (although it can be slightly limited for vegetarians, but if you're not fussy like us you'll be fine)! A great touch is there's a small sandwich bar available from midnight which was great when we arrived late. But the highlight has been the fab animation team, who are super friendly and bring the energy! Big shout out to Merry & all the team! Also, the evening entertainment has been really good too with different nights like Fantasia night dancing and Terrace Elite's got talent.

We we're Here for 11 days and are shocked of all the Bad comments, because WE absolutely don't understand them. Never Had such friendly Personal. The Animation is amazing, they don't annoy you. The breakfast is so big and delicious. Same as the lunch and Dinner. It's Very varied so you don't have to east every day the Same. The Kidsclub is the best of every Hotel we went to.
