整體服務及設備都滿意，地方乾淨，雖然地點遠離市區大約20分鐘車程，但你可以在這裏獲得寧靜及舒適的酒店住宿服務，但是冷氣及通風值得改善，雖然在春夏之間，但在這裏開冷氣似乎不是容易的事情

We thorougly enjoyed our wonderful stay at Villa Balis Crema, a fantastic hotel in the most beautiful setting. We weten welcome with great hospitality, The breakfast was excellent, with very tasty, local products and served with style. The view is extraordinary and we felt really welcome by Gherardini & Staff. With 2 teenager boys and our small dag it is difficult to stay silent, but they were welcomed with kindness and a lot of charm. We definitely recommend the wonderful charm and extraordinary setting of this hotel, also for families and we will definitely try to come back! Thank you so much for this excellent experience!

Hazardous rooms for children. There are unprotected falls in the rooms that make it hazardous for children. Avoid this place, I travel a lot and I have never experienced this level of cynicism from hotel before. The photo in the picture shows the unprotected gap from upper level to lower level, which did not concern the hotel at all.

Villa d’epoca finemente ristrutturata composta da un corpo centrale dove si trova la reception, la sala colazione e le camere più ampie e ricercate e due dependance con camere più “easy going” ma in ogni caso molto piacevoli e curate nei minimi dettagli. Il panorama dal giardino è incantevole così pure la zona piscina e il giardino con le piante officinali. Ottima la colazione che spazia dal dolce al salato con molti prodotti freschi ed anche il miele nel favo (ho visto in fondo al giardino delle arnie). Personale gentile e professionale, in particolare modo le ragazze della reception. Parcheggio all’interno della struttura. Una vera oasi di pace dove fuggire per staccare da tutto e riconciliarsi con se stessi e il mondo. Consigliatissimo.

Ci sono capitato quasi per caso per lavoro, ci tornerò sicuramente per un weekend di relax. Davvero un posto meraviglioso, super curato, in una bellissima posizione e con un servizio impeccabile.

Villa incantevole situata sul colle, ben arredata con camere spettacolari, curate in ogni dettaglio... ci sono stata per un meeting di lavoro. Le stanze bellissime, alcune con la sauna, la cortesia verso gli ospiti e' stata eccezionale,
