It was average, very close to lots of restaurants and the beach was very close, pool was enjoyable and clean.
Cleanliness of the room itself was what i would say horrible, shower curtains moldy, i found a chewed up lolipop stick on the ground next to the bed, smelled like cigs. 2.5 / 5

It served its purpose the night before a cruise. We wanted to be somewhere near activities because we arrived so early the day before and decided on Cocoa Beach. The staff was pleasant. You could tell the rooms had been updated a few years ago, but still dingy…Dim lighting, beds hard as a rock, bathtub didn’t drain, dead flies on the dresser. They were pressure washing the facility, so they try to maintain it There are people living at the motel full-time based on the camp chairs outside the doors. With all that said, it was within walking distance to the beach, shops, mini-golf, so great for that!

The hotel is being renovated so not many people staying there now. Laundry mat machines didn't work. It is in a good location, near to attractions and restaurants you can walk too. Beds were not comfortable and only 2 pillows.

Deceiving photography, nice friendly reception staff, rooms poor, dirty, bedside lights looked like never been wiped over, old rattly windows, bed comfortable, unsure is covers washed, felt itchy, shower hot, cheap basic accommodation, good location 5 minute walk from the beach and central to shops and restaurants, space kennedy centre 20 mins easy drive.

Our room was supposed to be ready at 3pm, but we were told when we arrived that check in only starts at 3pm and our room could be ready hours later. It wasn’t until close to 5 that our room was actually ready. Our door didn’t lock properly, and there was splattered brown bodily fluids on the walls and doors. At least the beds and shower were clean, and the surrounding area was easy to walk to.

When I made the reservation I ask for a bottom room cause I was in company of 2 disabled persons, they give us a room upstairs very difficult to climb stairs for them we spoke to the manager no help there
