Service was terrible, the room smelled terrible and not kept. Tried to cancel my stay and wasn't able to due to them not being able to credit my credit card electronically.

The hotel was right on the water. We didn’t have a room with a view. We stayed in a triple which was really tight. Hotel management was nice and friendly. We had to park down the promenade but it was just a short walk.

The young man on Monday morning was friendly and helpful. Bathroom is definitely not up to date. Bed was comfortable but if you are 6 feet or taller you will have a problem. My husband slept sideways and he is barely 6 feet! Great location and the balcony was great.

Op de medewerkers niets aan te merken. Kamer zeer klein en erg warm. Badkamer is ter grote van een bezemkast. Niet comfortabel.

Wir waren bei Rock am Ring und suchten eine Unterkunft. Das Burg-Hotel war günstig und nicht so weit entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung erinnert an Filme wie ‚Das Wirtshaus im Spessart‘ oder auch an Hui Buh, sehr nostalgisch.
Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren superbequem. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Wir konnten auf der Terrasse frühstücken mit Blick auf die Mosel, das war so schön 😊.
Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal dorthin.
