I always book stays with the Hampton Inn because of the breakfast they have available. After I checked in for my stay from December 23rd to December 25th I was notified that they would not be serving breakfast on December 24th or 25th. While I appreciate them wanting to allow their staff time off for the holidays this was a big inconvenience for myself and my family and I feel like we should have been notified when booking, or at least offered some time of compensation for not having this “amenity” that was paid for. They could have offered some type of food options, muffins, fruit or something that the front desk could manage. I am very disappointed.
