Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable! Breakfast had the usual hotel fare of eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, cold cereals etc. It was good except for the waffles. The batter was too runny to make a waffle. No big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing fancy. Clean, and in a great location. Wifi is good. Water didn't get very hot this time, but that's a first staying there.

The overall effect experience was wonderful, the staff was helpful and accommodating and the rates were good.
My only concern was that there was a sweaty smell in the pillows although the pillow covered were washed. I ended up not using the pillows and folded some of my tshirts to be a makeshift pillow. New pillows more frequently would be advised.

Stay here multiple times each year.
Walking distance from restaurants.
Front desk - Rhonda - is always in a good mood, and prepared. Place is very clean. Reminds me of a an older Hampton that's been kept up very well.

We went to Clinton for a funeral. Unbeknownst to us, the funeral home was only 4 min away. Clean, quiet, and Margaret at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We would stay there again.
