We had a really nice stay to celebrate our anniversary. Front desk and housekeeping ladies all super friendly and courteous. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. They made recent upgrades including TV which was 55” which was nice. Nice to have breakfast included…oatmeal, different breads, cereal, refrigerated hard boiled eggs, yogurts and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was yummy. Loved the Christmas decor and spirit. Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel was clean. Beds were average to hard. Bathroom clean but curtain tiny, barely fit in tub. Worst thing was... they gave an elaborate speech about not using room towels at the pool (only reason we booked this hotel). That we should only use the pool side towels. At 29 degrees we run to pool. Four of us...one towel. My husband goes to the front desk, she says... "not my problem". ?????

For almost 700 we could have gotten a warm breakfast an a lot nicer cleaner room hotel is in a big need for a facelift an update

1. Rooms were not serviced each day.
2. Needed towels were not delivered without conversation.
3. Found a dead bug in my bed and promised housekeeping service to find the problem not delivered.
4. Online photos do not match the property.
5. Could not sit on toilet and open or close the door.

Black mold-like substance on inside of shower curtain. They did clean the curtain upon request. The WiFi is worse than the regular phone reception….both were only 1 bar of service in the room.

Everything was perfect especially the jetted tub in the room.
Only negative was at 6 o'clock this morning the person above us started getting their 10,000 steps in..every step they took was so loud there was no going back to sleep..
Would stay here again but I would get an upstairs room..
