The beds were like rollaway beds and very uncomfortable. My body was in pain the entire 9 days. The pillows were flatter than a pancake

Clean and quiet with very professional and cordial staff. I had a problem with the fridge. It was addressed immediately. My only issue was in my 3 week stay, no one inquired about whether or not my room required cleaning. I thought that was odd.

The staff was courteous and attentive. I will stay there again. Room was clean and the kitchenette was excellent.

The room was clean but it was bare. Only two bath towels, two face cloths no hand towels, no grab bars in the tub, The water control in the kitchen area was the opposite of how they should be. No complementary shampoo, which of course I was going to use this time. The sink in the bathroom was too small to put anything on. We did appreciate the comfort of the beds,the quietness of the air conditioner the height of the toilet.

The refrigerator did not work. A few things were poorly “fixed” from before. The floor was sticky. NOOO amenities for a one night stay. Not mentioned-no coffee pot, extra pillows, extra towels, NO shampoo… etc.
workers extremely friendly. Probably a good hotel for extended stay!

This stay is for a person who needs a clean safe place to spend a night or longer at. Convenient to area shopping and to the legends ball field. No pool but we weee not there for vacation. We were there to watch a tournament.

Air conditioner was broke, phone lines were not working, water was shut off for two hours for repairs and when they moved us to a new room, the sheets had blood spots on them. They only refunded us for one night even though we did not stay either night. We left to find another hotel.

Property advertised full kitchen in room. That was true, but there was not a plate, cup, silverware, or pan to be seen anywhere, so it was unusable. No coffeemaker or hairdryer. The floor had no rugs or carpet, was cold and not clean. Ridiculous!
