I really enjoyed by stay here with my teenager. The resort has a relaxed vibe and the staff are helpful and prompt. They replaced my malfunctioning TV in 15 minutes. The pools and hot tubs are large and there are lots of pool chairs around, the gym is great. The speed on the main road is 10 mph and people respect that, so kids can walk around. The zip line was fun, I did it twice. The resort is very quiet which I like. Our one bedroom condo had a full kitchen and there is a Publix next door for groceries. I recommend this place, if you like a relaxed pace.

Nice resort. You wouldn't even have to leave property if you didn't want to. There is internal bus that takes you to grocery/liquor store. There are 3 resturants and 2 bars on property and plenty of stuff to do. Disney is 6 miles away. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

Musty smelling room, far walk to pool. Bar at pool being renovated so very noisy when trying to sit poolside or swimming.Extra charged for paddle boat, zip line,etc even though charged a large daily resort fee. Communication was poor. I do not recommend this resort and would never return.

Clean room. Nice pools. Nice gym with various equipment. Nice for walking. Staff polite and helpful. Cons: furnitures in our unit needs to be changed.

The condo is a great size, with all the necessities. The kids enjoyed buccaneer bay. We were very disappointed in check-in. Check in was clearly stated as 4:00 but our room wasn’t ready until 5:00.

Amazing property that has enough to do at the resort that you wouldn't have to leave unless you wanted to! Great in ro amenities as well.

When we arrived. The check in process was great. Staff was friendly. The room is t the typical room I get . There is definitely a difference between time share owner and ******* booking .
The sheets were ripped and had stains on the sleeper sofa . It was hard to control the air. They shower broke and we could only take cold showers . I had to fix it because there was no staff to do so . They took an hour to let me know the new clean sheets and pillows we ordered weren’t going to be delivered .. I’ve never had a bad experience here but this was bad. Definitely a difference between booking as an owner or thru *******. Manager never got bs k to me as promised
