The hot water didn’t get hot hardly at all in the sink. Also the bathroom was definitely not clean. A picture fell off the wall above the bed, luckily we were not in it.

The night check in lady was very nice. The morning check out lady was nice. Dirty air filter in the ceiling, dirty and torn carpet, dirty floor tiles in bathroom. The place is old and shows. Maintenance and house keeper is lousy.

Worst trip. We booked a 2 queen room 2 weeks in advance. We arrived to find out that they overbooked their rooms and only had 1 king room left. So 3 of us had to share the bed. Also they didn’t tell us at the office this. We walking into our room to find one bed. Then because we were now checked in we couldn’t get a refund.

Obviously the property is a little dated, but the price is very reasonable and reflective of that. but everything there worked, they had a pool that was in decent shape.
only complaint I had was the height - I would whack my head on the overhang outside the room, the light, pretty much anything that stopped about 6ft off the ground. inside the room though it was plenty tall enough for me.
I'd stay again. it was only 25 minutes from the concert venue. much better than a 45 minute haul back to tulsa after a day of rocking out in the heat

The beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed there 4 nights with no problems. Beds were the only problem. Everything else was great!
