Gotta say on this trip Holiday inn blew you away the pillowsis at Holiday in are awesome and even labeled with hardness. Also the music in bar one was brutal nothing but rap. I don’t mind rap but not when it covers 80 percent of the play list I was going to bring a lot of my clients there but Earls was way better

The hotel is super comfortable and clean. I missed some breakfast. But Ramona's service at the reception is impeccable. She is an extremely polite, respectful and attentive person. Sometimes we miss people with good education working in front of a hotel, but this is not the case! If you want to be well attended, look for her, she is amazing! Super smiling. And there is nothing more pleasurable in life than being well served by someone who is providing services. I loved this girl!

This hotel unfortunately is not worth the cost, I usually stay at the Super 8, but this time I chose this place for a little nicer experience, but I found that its not really any better than the Super 8. Just more expensive. Still best bang for your buck is the Super 8. The only thing nicer about this place is that they have a working hot tub.

Downtown Grande Prairie has the usual bars and restaurants within east walking distance and as well the Sandman has two places to eat and drink attached
Parking was a little difficult as it was very busy over the weekend

The checkin lady ignored us for over 15 minutes and delevoped a long checkin lineup due to not efficiently handling a random membership question. And now our bathroom stinks like cigarette smoke due to someone on our floor

There was some confusion as we were checking-in; we were under the impression we would pay the total upon arrival as per our booking through ******* however they took a large deposit up and above the original total in case there were damages. I don't believe we were checked-in from our booking with ******* as the status never changed or got updated (we checked out a day early) which seemed strange - we had an entirely different confirmation number upon checkout. The woman who checked us in left us with the sentiment that we should have booked with the hotel.
However, the amenities and service was good otherwise. A lot of restaurants are nearby and in walking distance. The rooms are clean and there's quite a bit of parking to choose from.
