I stayed in Premier Inn over May Day Bank Holiday as a birthday gift.. I was very happy with the service, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, my room was very welcoming and clean and there was parking available although it was very busy.. We also used the WiFi which I found very useful.. I would most definitely return again

I cannot rate this premier inn highly enough. Great seafront location, easy and cheap parking. The most amazing team members from reception to house keeping to chefs. Above and beyond approach to everything. Made us feel like royalty. The room was in need of a refurb but that became insignificant as the service and welcome was so good, i would stay everytime!

Room was good, had everything I needed,with a very comfy bed, on the down side, the corridor to my room ( I was on the ground floor) smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. On the final day I had breakfast, I had to ask for croissants as there was almost no Danish pastries left( and this was only about 08:00am) someone else had to ask for bread as none of that also...staff quite pleasant though.

Room and bathroom very dirty ! Had to wait 20 minutes to check in as the room was not ready! ………………………………………………………….

Paid for a premium plus room as this had a rainfall shower. I have mobility issues but found the room had a bath. The replacement room had a mattress which dipped badly but the hotel doesn’t change its mattresses until June

Value for money in every way, clean, tidy and quiet. Breakfast superb so much choice of food and drink.

DONT EXPECT THE WI FI TO WORK . !!!! PAID FOR ULTIMATE WI FI .... GOT CONSTANT TIME OUT. RIDICULOUS . How can you charge your guests to pay for wi fi and not provide what you take money for? This is not acceptable at all . Rubbish rubbish and even more rubbish.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past and I have to say the breakfast offering during my latest stay was not value for money. Nothing was replenished in a timely manner. At one point there was only a few sausages and some bacon on the hot plate. Too many people to be serviced by the limited members of staff present. £10.99 per person is really not value for money from my experience. I would look elsewhere for your breakfast before you part with your money.

The bed was so comfy. Pillows were soft. Friendly staff. Able to look after my bags even though check in was not open. Shame I had to come home. Were able to answer any questions I had. Good view of the car park and the sea front. Not a far walk from anything
