เราจองห้อง Villa ไว้ 2 ห้อง สําหรับครอบครัว ภรรยา ลูกชาย 15 ลูกสาว 11 และผม เช็คอินตรงเวลาและทําได้ดีมาก ห้องพักมีกุญแจแค่คนละ 01 กุญแจ ไม่สะดวกหน่อย แต่ดีครับ ห้องพักมีอ่างจากุซซี่ส่วนตัวแต่เปิดได้เฉพาะตอนที่ผมขอรีเซฟชั่น/house keeping ซาวน่าก็เปิดเฉพาะตอนที่เรามา ใช้เวลาไม่กี่นาทีกว่าเราจะได้เพลิดเพลินกับการบริการ สระว่ายน้ําขนาดใหญ่ชั้น 1 และดี ไม่มีที่จอดรถให้แขกใต้โรงจอดรถใต้ดิน แต่ขอจอดที่ลานหญ้า open air ซึ่งก็ใช้ได้ ไม่มีช้อนส้อมเตรียมไว้ให้ตอนเช้า ไม่มีชาหรือกาแฟบริการในบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า อาหารดีมีทั้ง local และ international กาแฟ Focus มีเครื่องดื่มดี แต่พนักงานไม่ค่อยต้อนรับ โรงแรมมีวิวสวยมากเห็นทะเลสาบ Dam Vac โดยรวมแล้วผมให้คะแนนโรงแรม/รีสอร์ทนี้ 5 ดาว สําหรับ facility แต่ 3 ดาว สําหรับการบริการ

The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.
