"이불이 불편합니다 이불을 덮으면 이불이 세개로 분리가 되는데 겉면, 중간면, 안쪽면입니다. 겉면은 까슬거리고 중간면은 마치 이케아 이불 같으며 안쪽면은 호텔침구처럼 부드럽습니다. 또한 매일 청소해주는 것을 이야기해야하며 이야기하지않으면 내가 걸지않은 룸 택을 걸어놓고 청소해주지 않습니다. 하지만 스탭은 친절했으며 매일 커피와 차를 로비에서 먹을수있었습니다."

Welcome to Mellonville Manor, a two-story, 3-bedroom home boasting tons of character with modern updates to host your entire family. Situated 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Sanford, FL, less than 45 minutes from Orlando Theme Parks and New Smyrna Beach, and 10 minutes from Sanford International Airport, this is your perfect home away from home. House is fully equipped with WiFi and electronic entry for Self Check-in.
Accommodations
House has been thoughtfully updated with a charming, modern kitchen and appliances, fully stocked with dishes, pans and all the cooking accessories you may need. The living room has a 50" smart TV, loaded with Netflix, Prime and YouTube TV for sign-in with your own account (no cable TV). The screened-in front porch has a dining table and seating for 6, which overlooks the beautiful natural Florida landscaped front yard and gold fish pond. The Laundry Room is located on the ground floor, with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedrooms are each equipped with blackout curtains and a sound machine for optimum sleeping. Master bedroom has an extendable Smart TV to adjust to your viewing pleasure. Upstairs bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub and shower and has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap for your use. On the ground floor, you'll find a large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and an island that seats four. Adjacent is a dining table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for shared meals. The living area features cozy couches and a large TV, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.
Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a twin bed, and a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with two twin beds, and another with a king bed and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub.
Other things to note: We use one of the attached garages for storage. It has a separate entrance, so we may enter it during your stay, but we will not enter the house (you can lock it so no one can enter from the garage.) The other garage is available for your use.
We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking.

This newly built house has a comfy and cool desert vibe. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It's only a 10 minute drive to the airport and a few blocks to downtown Sanford and the waterfront, 10 minute drive to Boombah Sports Complex. 45 minute drive to Disney or New Smyrna Beach - plus so many other destinations, no one will be bored here.
The single-story house with 20' vaulted ceilings has an open floor-plan with an eat-in kitchen and living/dining area. All 3 bedrooms are located off of this main area. The master bedroom has a king bed and twin daybed, plus a master bathroom with separate shower and tub. The other two bedrooms are a "Jack and Jill" setup, meaning that they share a bathroom. The house is equipped with central air, and it is more than sufficient to keep it icy cool if that's how you like it.
