I booked this hotel because of the upscale location, had the Radisson name attached and because it offered a King Suite. This was the most disappointing stay we have ever experienced. Room #314, a King Suite was given to us at arrival. We stayed Friday-Sunday. Once we got in the room Friday late afternoon, We noticed a MUSTY SMELL, but assumed after running the AC lower it would go away. The room at first glance looked nice and spacious. Had we known all these problems upon arrival, we would have asked to change rooms One TV REMOTE was inoperable so if you wanted to watch tv isn’t he living or bedroom you had to use the one good remote. We left for dinner and returned a few hours later, got changed, then realized there was NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM, NO BAG in the trash can in the bathroom. We called guest services on the phone and no one answered so we got the front desk. We were told if we had no soap we could come down and get some, but since we were in our PJ’s by that time it wasn’t appropriate. We were told no one could bring it to us. Saturday morning about 9:15 am, we stopped at the front desk to tell them our COFFEE MAKER was broken (piece fell off when trying to make a cup) and we were given two small discs of soap as we couldn’t shower or wash our hands! The Employee (an older female) acted like she was half asleep and scratched a note with our room number and write coffee & soap. Once again we assumed when we returned that house keeping would’ve brought soap and a new in room coffee maker, but NO HOUSEKEEPING CAME TO OUR ROOM. Our ceiling had little insulation and we could hear the people above us walking around their suite as the FLOOR ABOVE CREAKED AND POUNDED WITH THEIR FOOTSTEPS. The SOFA AND LIVING CHAIR WERE EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. The sofa was covered in some type of plastic material that was hard and made you slide off of it. Extra pillows and a blanket in the room made it slightly better to sit on. The REFRIGERATOR froze all our bottled drinks we placed in there and there seemed to be no temp control to turn it down.. The BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM AC VENTS WERE COVERED IN BLACK MOLD which explains the smell. THE BATHROOM SHOWER CURTAIN WAS TORN ALL ALONG THE TOP (looked like dry rotted material). THE BATHROOM LIGHT FIXTURE over the shower was dirty on the outside and you could see brown discoloration inside the glass which would likely be brown mold. Several places in there had paint coming off near sink area and there was no grout near the shower in places. BATHROOM SHOWER FLOOR extremely slippery when wet. This is dangerous! I will say the BED WAS COMFORTABLE and this was a SPACIOUS SUITE. We relayed our comments on a survey we received by text as the no contact checkout was done for us prior to our leaving. The Owner and Manager of this location needs to CLEAN and RELACE SOME THINGS. At the very minimum they need to refund at least one night of this horrible stay to us! At $183 a night this hotel st
Five stars! Our Group stayed at this property for the Motul Petit Le Mans race week and I cannot overemphasize how amazing the hotel and staff were! The location is ideal and only a few minutes away from the Road ATL Raceway. We had a large group and the hotel staff were all very helpful and responsive to any requests that we made despite their busy week. We reserved the rooms months in advance but ended up needing a few extra rooms closer to the check in date-- Sonia, the Group Sales rep went above and beyond to help us secure a few extra rooms. The rooms were very nice, spotless and we also rented and utilized the banquet hall space and found it very easy to adapt the space to meet our groups needs. Our entire group highly recommends this property for anyone traveling to the area.
We stayed here for three nights and were happy with this hotel. Clean room. Good breakfast options. A little road construstion going on out front and had to figure out how to get to the hotel, but heard no noise from it anyway. Would definitely stay here again.
