"Das hotel liegt nahe der interstate und das hört man auch. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind truck Stellplätze. Die Fahrer lungern abends im näheren Umfeld. Das mag für den ein oder anderen etwas beunruhigend sein. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden 60 neue Fenster angeliefert. Wahrscheinlich um den Geräuschpegel im Zimmer zu senken. Die Einrichtung des hotels ist in die jahre gekommen. Dringend getauscht werden sollten meines Erachtens die teppichböden im Flur. Sie sind einfach nur abscheulich. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Nichts besonderes. Due Cornflakes waren von schlechter Qualität. Frühstück endet PUNKT 9 Uhr. Danach gibt's nix mehr. Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ok. Aufzug alt und klapprig."

"A decent place close to anna Maria island like 10mins drive . Breakfast is really good . Overall good but the price is steep. Rooms are too small and windows too thin , you can hear outside traffic noise. Not worth for the price you are paying. Not enough rooms facing the water . No proper shower room at the pool if you decide to enjoy it while you checkin at 4pm or you checkout late . Limited space to loiter till checkin. Hotel and bar food is good but pricey."

With beautiful views of the Manatee River and situated steps from Mineral Springs Park and the 3 mile long Bradenton Riverwalk, you have quick access to fishing, dining, shopping, beaches, gardens, and historical sites. This newly updated villa is one bedroom (with queen size bed) one bath with walk in tiled shower and fully functional stocked kitchen. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The front patio has stunning views of the mile wide Manatee River. The back patio has a fabulous garden view complete with palm trees and a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath. Head out back to walk the gardens, sit by the waterfall, nap on the hammock, or take a dip in the heated pool. While sitting out back, you can read a book, listen to the birds, watch the abundant butterflies, lizards and dragonflies or play cards/boardgames. If you bring your well behaved pup along, Fido will definitely enjoy the fenced in dog area in the back yard - complete with toys and lots of grass for him to roll around on!
