"Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily."

"Este hotel tiene una ubicacion excelente. Esta limpio y el personal de recepciom es amable. La alberca no esta en uso, dicen que hasta sig. Año por remodelacion, en el cuarto que me asignaron no sirve el telefono y la Tv no tiene cable ( cto. 124), llame a recepciln de mi tel. Para comentarles de esto y van a bucar una habitacion. La puerta del closet no existe."

"Hotel was ok. Elevator broke down multiple times and was extremely rough when working. It sometimes stopped to early and you had a 6inch step up to the floor. Hallways were usually fairly dirty. Room was ok. Maintenance of room was a little lacking. Toilet didn’t flush right. Carpet was never vacuumed. Never had the right number of towels for people in the room. I believe this os a management issue because what the maid did clean was done well."

"Simplemente voy a comentar que les hace falta bastante tacto y modales para el servicio y atención al cliente (huéspedes) además pésima organización y de muy mal gusto pedir ambas identificaciónes creo que con la de la persona que reserva es suficiente"
