"Reception was very good at Moroccan House, they booked a reliable airport transfer for us who actually turned up on time at 3.45 am! The air conditioner worked, unlike some other hotels close by.  It was nice having a fridge and a pool in the Summer heat.  The hotel looks like a Riad inside; much more character than it’s neighbouring hotels, also much cooler.  To top it all, Moroccan House was more affordable than the other hotels in the area.  Many thanks!"

"Probably the worst experience I have faced in a hotel. Was given the worst room for me and my wife where we can hear constant construction works in the day time, and at night time people shouting literally front of the room. Can hear noise from reception too. There was many standard rooms available but they decided to give us one of the worst rooms. Never again!"

"Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht wegen meiner Weiterreise mit dem Zug. Deshalb die Lage zum Bahnhof ist perfekt. Hotel ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Scharniere meiner Zimmerer waren extrem am quietschen was evtl. kurzzeitigen Lärm verursacht. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."

"The hotel reception girl unhelpful.when I booked hotel I did special request early check in 10 days ago the hotel didn't reply me any messages,this is unreasonable service.i do understand some times can't do early checking but if the hotel told I can arrange another hotel and last when I arrived hotel reception one lady front of complaint for room bath top is broken toilet door can't lock.I realized the give me same room,keep me after 3 hours waiting.😡😡😡😡😡 this I can give review for un response."

"Я не понимаю восторженных отзывов об этом отеле! Ванная комната ужасно маленькая невозможно развернуться, душевая кабина тоже очень маленькая и вся вода из нее вытекает на пол, там образуется лужа и это ужасно! Что еще хуже , вода в номере идет холодная, мы дважды за вечер позвонили и сказали об этом, после чего она пошла немного теплая, но на следующий вечер она снова шла холодная , не теплая , а именно холодная!!! После уборки из 5 положенных полотенец положили почему то 2 больших и все, пришлось снова звонить и просить! тапочек в отеле нет, а по холодной плитке ходить крайне не комфортно!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Mohamed's apartment in the Al Ismailia residence. The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, and so well-equipped it felt like a true home away from home. Mohamed is a wonderful and attentive host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The thoughtful provisions like coffee, water, and cooking spices (baharat) were a lovely touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The building is modern and feels very safe, and the Gueliz location is perfect for exploring. We would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!"

"Tout est bon, rien à dire . Le personnel est impeccable, un service à la clientèle hors paire. Je suis très surpris par la qualité du management et le service aux clients. Les sœurs et frères qui sont à la réception sont très attentifs, respectueux gardant toujours le sourire et prêtent pour répondre à vos doléances. Il suffit juste un petit message dans leur groupe Whaspp et en quelques secondes vous aurez ce que vous désirez. Le café gratuit, le chocolat Swiss, le petit déjeuner, bref … rien à dire. Merci à tout le monde. Je retournerai in sha Allah ."

"Great location, easily accessible by local buses and airport coach transfer, or a 1.5hr walk which in the warm weather isn’t too bad. Hotel is near shops, coffee houses and restaurants, with a large supermarket and shopping mall within 5-10mins walking distance. My room and shower room were both clean, ample in size and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is tasty and filling, they give a range of pastries, a slice of cake, chopped fruit, hot drinks, juices, and an omelette of your choice, which I didn’t realise til the final day :/ staff are friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again :-)"
