Stayed in this hotel for two weeks during my official visit in Switzerland. Located just opposite to Schonegg Tram stop, this hotel is just 10 mins from Bern Bahnof (Railway Station). This is an old design hotel with all modern amenities. The staff at the reception are polite helpful. The room which I got was at the end of the corridor which was quite small in terms of width. The bed was also quite small. The room was giving a vibe of coziness though. The bathroom was neat and clean but was small The hotel has an in house restaurant located in the first floor. Overall the food in the menu were quite expensive. The room rent didn’t include complimentary breakfast so the breakfast was also quite expensive ( 7.5 CHF for express and 19.5 for Buffet) Positives 1. Courteous Staff 2. Free High speed Wi Fi 3. Complimentary Public Transport pass 4. Clean and Hygienic room 5. B’ful view from the window 6. Check In and Check out was smooth Negatives 1. Small room 2. Items in the mini bar were quite expensive 3. Small bed 4. Air Condition in the room was bit confusing in terms of controlled heating/cooling

ประสบการณ์ที่โรงแรม Bellevue Palace นั้นน่าประทับใจจริงๆ เราได้รับการต้อนรับจากผู้จัดการทั่วไปของโรงแรมเมื่อเช็คอินและพนักงานทุกคนก็ให้การต้อนรับและเป็นมิตรมาก ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ห่างจาก Bern Banhof โดยใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 10-15 นาที และตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง Bern ห้องพักกว้างขวางมีระเบียงขนาดเล็ก ห้องแป้ง และห้องน้ํา โต๊ะทํางานยังมีปลั๊กไฟของตัวเองที่ตรงกับปลั๊กต่างๆ จากทั่วทุกมุมโลก การเช็คเอาท์ราบรื่นและง่ายดายและพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับ (ฉันเชื่อว่าเป็น Paula) เสนอที่จะช่วยเราขนกระเป๋าไปที่รถและมอบน้ําหนึ่งขวดให้เราสําหรับการเดินทาง ประสบการณ์นั้น 5 ดาวจริงๆ และคุ้มค่ากับราคามาก

This hotel is a short bus ride from the main train station. The rooms are modern & ours was large. No one & no instructions on how to turn on the lights or operate the roll down shutters or anything else in the room. It was frustrating. There are large patio doors (no patio though) that open with electric roll down shutters. But our room faced busy train tracks & so leaving those doors open meant hearing VERY frequent train traffic late into the night & then starting again in the early morning. It wasn’t pleasant. Another thing to know about this hotel is the A/C is controlled & is central to the ENTIRE hotel and it’s not cool in the rooms🥵. There is NO adjusting it in your room or for your room 🥵. It is just what it is. We were advised to open our patio doors to get more air🤪. That would work if it’s cool outside AND there were not the train traffic! There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom and that just adds humidity to the room with no way to vent it. So this hotel is modern meets we don’t trust you. We would not stay here again & from now on even if the hotel says there is a/c we will have to ask the further question about who controls it & the temp.

Although the room was small, the bed was very comfortable and nothing (coffee/tea, water, minibar, etc.) was missing. In the small lounge on the ground floor, we were able to enjoy a good coffee and relax after a busy day. We can definitely recommend this innkeeper for the quality/price offered: tram no. 8 also leads directly to the centre.

Very cozy appartment. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom perfect and nice with the necessary, shampoo/douche gel, hand soap, good towels, cosmetic set, sewing set .And the kitchen with all you need, fridge, oven, dishwasher, nespresso with some capssules. All perfect! Thank you

The worst experience of my life! I planned to visit the beautiful city of Bern with my family a few years ago. The visit to the city was wonderful and to top it off I chose a four star “Boutique Hotel” to stay with my family and have a great experience. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! The hotel put my family in a room on the top floor in the ATTIC with small windows and no air circulation. To solve this, the “four star Boutique Hotel” put a fan in the room. Apart from this problem, the room had a hydraulic problem and the hotel found a very creative solution to solve the problem! The entrance door to the room was cut and through it passed a tube that entered through the outside of the wall reaching the bathroom with the door also cut! a work of art that unfortunately does not match the expectations I had for a “Boutique Hotel” in Bern - Switzerland! A very sad experience! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! ( attached photos )

We stayed at this hotel just one night so we could get up early to visit Bern's annual onion market. The hotel itself is small and in a residential area. It was an easy walk into the old town and there was plenty of public transport options (free with the Bern Welcome ticket). We had a room on the third floor which had a comfortable double bed, desk area and a second adjoining room with sofa and second television! Limited but adequate space for clothes storage but that was okay for us given a one-night stay. The bathroom was small but good shower. We had a fridge too. Like other reviews we found all the staff really efficient and welcoming.

Siamo stati molto bene in quest'hotel, in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Berna a un passo dal centro storico: si arriva in 5 minuti a piedi. Bella la passeggiata consigliata dalla signora alla reception (molto gentile, parlava un ottimo italiano per fortuna), abbiamo seguito le sue indicazioni e abbiamo fatto un bellissimo giro passando dai giardini. Grazie!

Was staying during New Year's Eve. At first I thought it would be noisy but chose a quiet room. The room was very clean and felt warm and welcoming. Finding a room was good. Quiet at breakfast. Good enough for breakfast. In conclusion, I was surprised that the rooms in the old town hotel would have such good rooms with four to five star standards. I'm glad I stayed here and will definitely come back to stay again. Recommended for Everyone.
