สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่สวยงาม อากาศบริสุทธิ์ บริการดีเยี่ยม เราไปโรงแรมเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองปีใหม่ เรารู้ว่าโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยม แต่เราไม่รู้ว่าพนักงานจะเป็นมิตรแค่ไหนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็น่าทึ่งขนาดไหน มีคนอยู่ไม่มากนัก ดังนั้นจึงไม่มีความเครียดจากไวรัส และเราสามารถจดจ่อกับการมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีได้ ขอเเนะนำ.

Very poor service. I do not blame the only two staff on duty who were clearly stressed and under pressure trying to serve meals to a coach load if tourists booked to stay overnight. Informed the two of a food allergy that was totally ignored and the meal contains the peppers that was asked not to contain. I totally blame Best Western management for poor staffing and inadequate training of the staff. Had the allergy been a peanut allergy it could have been fatal. Come on best Western get your act together. We have used Best Western on many occasions such as Canada and many other counties. Best Western will be a chain of hotels we will ensure to avoid in future holidays. A total failure of Best Western standards and very poor management.

Well what can I say I booked this independently on my own I decided to go to this hotel because I was having surgery at Be clinic we arrived in Brussels quite late easy check in breakfast was continental cereals fruit bread rolls ham salami boiled egg scrambled egg and bacon and cappuccino fruit juices which Was nice, after my surgery there was 2 pillows waiting upstairs bedroom had been cleaned again we had room service the food was lovley I had an omelette which was amazing better than my own lol I was unfortunately very sick after my surgery which receptionist was so happy to help with any requests that we had yes the hotel might be a little bit outdated personally that didn’t bother us our room was very modern we had a balcony looking outside and literally by the reception and the bathroom was really modern very clean we had a late check out! Trying to get taxis is ridiculous so I highly recommend that you book a return to the airport they are ridiculously expensive as well I would just like to take this time to say thank you to all the wonderful stuff there love Mandy room 17 xx

Stayed in this hotel with my husband as part of a Leger Tour for 4 nights. Do not be fooled by the lovely pictures you see of this Chateau. Had to take our own bags to our room which involved dragging them up some steps (no lift to first floor) and then down a long corridor. The room was dark and no view from the tiny window so paid extra to change it for a lake view room which had a restricted view of the lake, slightly bigger than the first room, poorly stocked mini bar, lumpy bed, shaver socket not working - but it was better than the first room. Very limited on lifts in this hotel and lots of steps, only 2 outside areas to sit - one to the side of the restaurant and a center courtyard which was very untidy and uncomfortable. Service is practically non existent especially in the bar we didn't eat in the restaurant as we were told it was fully booked although it looked empty to us, think it was more a lack of staff then fully booked. Breakfast was ok but not 5 Star in fact nothing about this hotel is 5 Star quality except the prices. On the first night we were sitting in the courtyard and spotted a rat scuttling down the drain, we didn't thing much of it bearing in mind the location of this hotel but the next morning on our way down to breakfast we saw 2 more rats running down the corridor which is not what you expect to see in any hotel, although we didn't see anymore rats inside the hotel we did see more in the courtyard during our stay. The staff were pleasant enough but not overly helpful. All in all this is not a relaxing place to stay and would not recommend it and a long way off 5 Star quality.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn und ist gut zu finden. Von außen sehr stylisch anzuschauen. Ein kleiner Shop sowie Starbucks und BurgerKing sind angegliedert. Alles war sauber, die Service-Personen waren freundlich. Man sprach Englisch. Einziges, aber gravierendes Minus-die Klima-Anlage, also kein Fenster, was man hätte öffnen können. Geht gar nicht für Klaustrophobiker und Personen, die sich bei Klima-Anlagen leicht erkälten. Der Preis geht allerdings in Ordnung. Auch ist das Hotel barrierefrei, also auch geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer.
