Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some ******* such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty.

Travelled to The Open. Only stayed one night out of two as it was basically student accommodation. The bed sheets were clean as were the two bedrooms but there was no sitting room and it looked nothing like the pictures. The outside at the front was messy. On a positive note it was near the town centre and train station.

For the price and location cant go wrong really, the pics were accurate, and it waS cleaN. The heaters were difficult to operate so probably needs a plug un heater over the winter months. Other than that it was spot on .

I like that the property was in walking distance from the train station and downtown. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave, etc. The walls are a bit thin so it can be a bit noisy when people come in and out.

The location is amazing, communication was top notch. Sadly, our room was not clean on arrival. In various places. The most notable overall issue was the matress. The absolute most uncomfortable matress I have ever stayed on. We almost didn't stay our last night as we were both so sore and tired of being miserable.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment, served our purpose very well. Short walk from the station for one of us and easy parking for the other who drove.

We stayed over Christmas for three nights. The property was clean and there was even a small Christmas tree which was a nice touch. The bed could have been comfier and the shower was very temperamental but other than that it was a great stay - thank you!

Well located, clean apartment with free parking on the street next to it. Easy check in and overall a great experience.
