รร ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ สะดวกในการเดินทาง ห้องพักค่อนข้างเยอะ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีพอสมควร เช็คอินเช็คเอ๊าง่าย พนักงานบริการดี

衞生乾淨，設施完善，服務好，出去玩很方便，類型跟國內的7天差不多，在普雷斯頓中心，交通非常方便，滿意的一次入住體驗

Easy check in, unusual entrance location, but great place, clean & very friendly & helpful staff. Katie was brilliant and Ismaal seems to work 24/7, brekkie was tasty and hot. Evening meal, excellent except the steak, not rare at all but the calamari - amazing We look forward to day 2

Great stay as always, lovely and welcoming staff - they are a testament to amazing customer service! A special mention to Sue in the resturant for being absolutely incredible throughout my stay! Best customer service I've experienced anywhere!

Ismail is the most wonderful soul. From a kind and welcoming check in to dinner where he shared humour, kindness and care. He is truly dedicated to customer service, he asked about the temperature to ensure my comfort, spoke about how important customer service is to him and his team, recommended the sticky toffee pudding and he was right, a slice of heaven. The people make a location, business or experience. Ismail’s service is fantastic, I’ll be back.

Staff & location, very good. Common areas are very good room was poor. There was a power failure over 6 hours shutting down water, sanitation and electricity on the morning of our first night say. Kitchen was still operating and staff were doing there best under the circumstances but it was not what you'd expect from a respected brand. Complaining thereafter is nigh on impossible.

A very enjoyable visit , the room was very spacious and clean. Sue and John in the restaurant were amazing, very attentive. Highly recommend 👍🏻

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well sized and the shower was powerful. Sue in the restaurant was lovely. Very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. John in reception was helpful when booking us in.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Other guesses would be talking loud outside their rooms around 2am. The bed sheets would only be changed on the 6th night of staying in the hotel.
