1. Hotel said Wi-Fi. It has no working/ effective Wi-Fi, it is a misrepresentation:
2. It has very low air conditioning: kids got heavily bitten by mosquitoes.
3. City and hotel room was an additional £75.
4. Terrasini is not walkable. 50 euros there and back to get shopping and eat out with hotel taxi,
5. If you eat lunch or dinner buffet it is 30 euros.
6. The private beach cove is magical and pools are what makes it worth while. Kids don’t care about 1-5:

This hotel is terrible, staff have an attitude problem and clearly don’t want to be here. The “restaurant” is no more than an old style holiday camp affair, it’s like an old Butlins holiday camp We had an early flight and we were treated to a disco 50 m away No concern, no compassion!

It is not a place to be. Noisy, out in the nowhere, bad restaurant, no service, staff only speak italian, old hotel. the only good thing: good airconditioning!

We visited Perla del Golfo recently for a 2 night stay with family who live in Italy. Beautiful location, outstanding pools and very congenial pool staff. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good but not exceptional. The property itself is very neglected.The furniture in the lobby is torn and needs replacement. Our room, though clean, was not in the location promised when we booked. The outside shutters were filthy and the hallway had water from the ceiling dripping constantly making for dangerous walking . It’s too bad that this resort is so run down. It would be exceptional had the ownership shown some care in maintaining it.

very outdated, pictures on website are false advertising, no annual/seasonal maintenance. Walls were dirty from not painting. Furniture was old. Tub was dirty from oldness. very very disappointed. Did not stay 1 extra second. Customer Service was also not the best. As they were offended that it didn't match our level of expectation.

Sono un docente ed ho accompagnato in viaggio d'istruzione una scolaresca. Il resort è in fase di riammodernamento e comunque riserva il suo fascino già in questo particolare momento, mi sono ripromesso di ritornarvi tra un anno per godermi tutte la bellezza della struttura. Il personale è squisitissimo (specie miss Duracell) e disponibile, cucina eccellente !!. Consigliato a tutti !!

Sono andata in viaggio con delle amiche per visitare la sicilia e avrei preferito restare a casa. Il resort è diviso in 6 palazzine in cui ci sono 30/31 camere par ciascuna di esse. Io e le mie amiche siamo capitate nella palazzina n4. La stanza, essendo una quadrupla, era molto grande, ma anche molto sporca. Non c’era la doccia ma soltanto una vasca piena di capelli (non nostri) e di macchie. C’erano macchie gialle su tutto il muro e tantissima polvere sul pavimento. Non c’era l’acqua calda. Le porte delle altre camere si potevano aprire senza chiave, semplicemente spingendole, dato che erano tutte rotte. Abbiamo riscontrato dei buchi nelle porte. La maggior parte del cibo è immangiabile e durante la colazione degli uccelli sono entrati e si sono poggiati sui cornetti. Ho dato due stelle solo per la bellezza del posto, perché anche se è vecchio e sporco contiene un campo da calcio, uno di tennis ed una vista sul mare meravigliosa. Se volete fare una vacanza serena, cambiate resort.

Camere arredate in modo superficiale e poco cura della pulizia. La colazione è discreta e nella cena molto cibi sembrano surgelati…Nel complesso si mangia benino .Ho gradito molto il facile collegamento al mare e la presenza della piscina.Un problema importante è quello del bagno dove la porta non si poteva chiudere e la doccia era aperta e perciò l’acqua fuoriusciva e allegava tutto.Abbiamo anche trovato cuscini e asciugamani con macchie gialle e a volte anche di sangue.Il letto era molto confortevole.Questo resort è buono ma potrebbe sfruttare molto di più le potenzialità di trovarsi a due passi dal mare.
