Had a fantastic week at cds Hotel in terrasini in sicily. The resort is amazing, staff friendly, food good, facilities great - something for everyone. Very Clean. Rooms clraned daily. Will definitely be going back!! Pools were lovely. Toboggan was fun.

We had a great holiday here, the staff were all so lovely, the food was good and the room was lovely. The terrace was bigger than expected and the wellness centre was great! We both had massages as well as a manicure and it was so relaxing. Would highly recommend and if we return to Sicily in the future we will definitely stay here again.

The food was amazing and the pool was very clean and nice. The housemaids know English and were very helpful. The Jacuzzi was great and the sauna was fantastic. I really liked the giew from my balcony and the room was very clean. I hope I will come here again in the future

POSTO CHE CONSIGLIEREI E IN CUI TORNERO'. Siamo stati a Città del mare in famiglia, non avevamo mai viaggiato connla formula all inclusive quindi per noi è stata una piacevole esperienza. Solo dopo aver prenotato ho letto alcune recensioni sul.posto che onestamente mi hanno un pò spiazzato. Dopo aver passato una settimana incantevole non riuscivo a dare credito a quelle che erano le critiche al posto... L'all inclusive organizzato alla perfezione, in qualunque posto del villaggio ti trovi hai un bar a disposizione per poter bere... ristoranti i collocati perfettamente e buffet ricchi a qualsiasi ora tu arrivassi... il ristorante sala del golfo offriva pesce e carne ( sia a pranzo che a cena) cotti al momento e a vista a centro della sala... idem per i primi piatti con angolo a parte. Inoltre sono presenti tre ristoranti a tema, dove era necessaria la.prenotazione ma sempre inclusi nel.pacchetto: Il siciliano con tutte cosine a tema sicilia... cannoli favolosiiiii... La capannuccia che è una pizzeria L'oasi che è un ristorante vegetariano che è stata una piacevole scoperta. Animazione con mini e junior club favolosi,avendo noi due bimbi collocati in due fasce di età diversi abbiamo toccato con mano entrambe le realtà. E inoltre per noi adulti in ogni piscina, tranne una credo per lasciare liberi gli ospiti che nn volevano essere coinvolti, erano presenti i ragazzi che riuscivano a coinvolgere i più restii. Serate in anfiteatro sempre divertenti e serata piano bar come alternativa allo spettacolo serale. Tutte le sere discomusic e balli di gruppo... Personale sempre gentile e cortese ...e ci tengo a dire che ci sono stati degli ospiti una sera a cena molto maleducati e i ragazzi del ristorante nonostante molto giovani hanno mantenuto un self control e una educazione impeccabili... Receptionist favolose e Direttore sempre attento e presente.. Ottimo anche ufficio escursioni di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno per un transfer, preciso e puntuale. Infine nn per importanza la camera quadrupla grande e spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli dove ci si muoveva senza costrizioni, balcone dotato di stendi biancheria e una vista che nonostante fosse vista parco, si vedeva cmq il mare. Chiccha finale il trenino che attraversa il villaggio e ti porta da un punto all'altro se ti prende un momento di stanchezza o anche solo per ammirare la vastità della struttura... di certo dimentico qualcosa ma i miei figli si sono talmente divertiti che solo questo è valso... noi ci ritorneremo di sicuro e porteremo con noi qualcun altro.

We spent 6 days at Citta Del mare have nothing to say but praise all the staff especially the room attendants Gina and Enza. They went out of their way to help us with our kids. Good food all the way, very clean rooms. Also would like to thank Letizia Muscat from Malta our travel agent she booked everything for us including transfers. Highly recommended 👌

We arrived late due our flight being delayed and sadly by time we arrived we’d missed lunch. There is no snack bar but there is a cafe In reception that u can purchase bland stodgy white cheese and ham rolls. Food in restaurant was absolutely awful and inedible at times. Full of loud Italians with screaming kids running all over the place with plates of food and jugs of drink. Not much English spoken and very difficult to communicate. Mini fridges in rooms but nothing in them. If u wanted bottled water u had to buy it at a premium rate. U also weren’t allowed to refill your bottles at the water stations in bars or restaurants. Pool bar gives u ridiculous small plastic cup that u had to keep refilling. If u go to this hotel I highly recommend u rent a car as u are literally stuck in the middle of nowhere. Cab to Palermo which is a 20 min ride €80 one way. Although the grounds of this hotel are beautiful and our views absolutely stunning u are stranded. Buses run on 4 hour timetable which started really early, so we cabbed it in one way and got bus back for €4.30. Palermo is definitely with a visit. Gym was a joke if u can call it that. Equipment really old and broken and kids playing in it too. Also as a runner u can’t run outside of the hotel as it’s a main road with no pavements. Overall really bad experience and u will definitely not be going back 👎

I was reluctant to spent time in a resort ,but with a day on this place i change my mind, the location,view,staff,and food quality are Amazing , very clean rooms very nice private beach area with a little comfortable kiosk

FACILITIES: The facilities were absolutely beautiful, and it is worth coming here for the views and pools/waterslides alone. Unfortunately, we went during the week, so a lot of the facilities that had been advertised to us, like archery, were not available, and only the cafeteria but none of the other restaurants were open. We heard that on the weekends during peak season, there can be as many as 1,300 people there. When we checked in, we were also given zero information on the below: 1. Where to get towels for the pool; 2. How to sign up for activities like archery, tennis, etc. and/or when the activities were; 3. The hours of the pool Towel Situation: You have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the pool with the waterslides though, and there are a lot of stairs, so if you get there expecting there to be towels there, you are in for a rude awakening. I suspect they don’t have towels there though because it would be too difficult for staff to carry many towels to and from the pool. We later stayed at another resort who left your pool towels for you in your bedroom, which I think would be a great idea for this resort. ROOM: The room was beautiful, and we had a view of the balcony from our room. A few things I would note: -The hair dryer is in the worst spot possible in the bathroom making it almost impossible to use -They do not provide conditioner for your hair so bring your own SPA: We both got a massage and actually wish we hadn’t. Although the woman who does the massages was very nice, the massage involved A LOT of oil and almost NO pressure. It was basically like someone lightly touching your body to spread oil with zero (and I mean zero) pressure even though I told her I wanted a very strong massage in Italian. After I used the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, which costs $25.00, and was fine. FOOD: The food, including the breakfast, was awful. It’s the only bad food in Italy/Sicily I have ever had. I would definitely not add on the “full board” and would recommend just going into Terrasini for food. It’s a shame because I think they could charge a lot more if the food was better. Also, the show during dinner was a little intrusive. I suspect/hope if we had gone during the on season, and the 4 other restaurants on site had been open, I would hope the food would be better? ADVICE: We would absolutely, 1000% return. We loved the resort, but if/when we do, we would (1) not do the full board and plan to NOT eat at the resort; (2) skip a massage; (3) come during the more popular times (to have access to more activities and see if the food is any better); and (4) ask for pool towels upon checking in.

We had a very Nice holiday, special thanks to Alice, Carla and Isabella of the Reception, such nice and helpfull ladies. The view was marvelous , I will never forget. Great thanks to you all, from Maria and Richard from Holland
