La nourriture etait vraiment pas bon , c est domage , un si bel Hotel et des gens aussi gentil mais la cuisinne es a ameliorer

Very lovely hotel with a unique positioning on the river, dinner was nice ans we had live music. Very good parking as well.

This hotel is beautiful !
The hotel staff was absolutely amazing !
Manuela made our trip , she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help us get to the hotel , emailing us train info , contacting a cab to pick us up at the train .
The day we wanted to tour the area she once again organized transportation and recommendations for the area .
Her English was perfect ( very helpful for the Americans)
The view from this property where
gorgeous ! The weather was a bit cool so we didn’t get to use the pool but it couldn’t have looked more lovely.
Great food and great service.
We will be back

Lovely position, all rooms have a view over the river. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Would stay again if in area.

Disappointed with the fcat that the door was locked from inside and we couldn't leave at 7am, no staff at desk to help.

A beautiful oasis along the Douro River! Hotel staff was attentive and went above and beyond when we had questions about activities or services. The staff and location make this place a perfect base for a visit to Douro. Train station is nearby and you can take day trips in many directions. We will return!
