After the room cleaning, i found my shoes under the armchair. It is obvious that, this is not an accident. The shoes were not in the place that i left. I will stay here 2 more nights, but i feel uncomfortable, i put “do not disturb” card on my door, because the ************ housekeeper can even stole something from my room, and im 100% sure that reception does not care about this. they just say sorry, but didnt do much more than. even they didnt check the camera in my situation. moreover; last night, the hotel was full of young people who made so much noise till 3 am. we called reception, and they said it is not their responsibility, they didnt do anything. so, if you’re looking an accommodation place, in which you wanna feel uncomfortable, hotel capannelle is the best option. because when you’re victim, the hotel management side is not there for you :)

Hotel anziano, e lo dimostra. Colazione improponibile, dopo il passaggio delle cavallette non rimane molto..... pero' la retta e' bella corposa. Stanza pulita. Se siete costretti ad andarci, visitate l'acquedotto Claudio, nelle vicinanze, vale la pena.

Me deram um quarto onde o ar condicionado não funcionava. Desci e informei. Após mais de 1 hora na sauna que ficou o quarto, desci novamente e fiquei aguardando uma solução. Me deram outro quarto e eu mesmo fiz toda a mudança. Cheguei no quarto e o ar condicionado já estava ligado. Achei até que teriam tido a sensibilidade de ficar assim pq já sabiam que o anterior estava com problemas. Engano meu. Os 16 graus do ar que refrescaram o quarto se tornaram um gelo no meio da madrugada e quando fui tentar desligar, descobri que me passaram para um quarto onde o controle que ficava na parede não funcionava nada. Como ficaria 3 dias e diante da péssima experiência de ter sido enganado duas vezes em menos de 24 horas, resolvemos dormir de casacos, o que deu certo nas duas primárias noites, qdo chegou na terceira, eles desligaram o ar condicionado e como o controle não funcionava, dormimos de janela aberta para refrescar a sauna. Escolhi o hotel pelo preço e fotos (não retratam a realidade), após um imprevisto no aeroporto que me fez ficar em Roma, mas ele fica extremamente longe do centro.

Si tratta di una grande struttura, in stile un po' anni 70-80, in periferia a Roma, in zona perfetta se si deve raggiungere l'ippodromo delle Capannelle e le zone limitrofe. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto ampia, anche se uno dei letti era posizionato in modo da ostruire parzialmente l'ingresso, ma nulla di preoccupante. La colazione andrebbe integrata sicuramente con una scelta più ampia. Erano presenti soltanto cornetti e pane da tostare, uova e bacon ed una "torta della casa", così così. Una scelta più ampia rifletterebbe meglio la classificazione dell'hotel. Se volete visitare il centro città di Roma, la zona non è comoda, sebbene sia presente una fermata di bus a circa 200 metri dall'hotel, i tempi di percorrenza per la zona centrale, fra bus e metro, possono arrivare anche a un'ora.

Peccato. Tappo della vasca mancante, pulizia insomma, colazione meglio non farsi illusioni. Tassa di soggiorno a 6 euro anche se non è colpa della hotel. Frigo bar con solo acqua, insomma ero stato altre volte li, ma non tornerò più. Decadente

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per qualche giorno tra fine marzo e i primi di aprile, hotel un po' datato, con scarsa cura per la pulizia, colazione discreta, ma il fatto gravissimo è stato che la mattina della mia partenza, mentre ero fuori dalla camera per portare le valigie in macchina, qualcuno del personale delle pulizie del 4°piano si è introdotto nella stanza per rubarmi i soldi dal portafoglio, l'ho subito fatto presente ai signori 2 uomini e 2 donne, ma chiaramente hanno fatto finta di nulla, incredibile.

Το φαγητό ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτο, υπήρξαν κρούσματα τροφικής δηλητηρίασης. Μας σερβιραν μπιφτέκι το οποίο μύριζε σκυλοτροφή και δεν τρωγόταν. Το καλοριφέρ του δωματίου είχε χαλάσει και ήταν κολλημένο στους 30° με αποτέλεσμα κάθε βράδυ να ζεσταινομαστε. Το προσωπικό ήταν αγενές.

Malo, un desastre! Sucio, la ropa de cama vieja. No es hotel de 4 estrellas! Oscuro, viejo! No entiendo porque los Tous de 4 estrellas lo incluyen. El personal amable pero el Gerente de muy malos modos.
