Very unclean and very poor service. The room itself is well-decorated, however seems to have never been cleaned. For around 24 hours after arrival none of the room cards worked and so I had to visit the desk each time I let my room for a member of staff to accompany me and unlick the door. During this period the WiFi was also not working. When asked for help the staff were slow to respond, one member of the front-desk staff in particular did not know where any of the rooms were and played on his phone constantly, even while helping customers. Most concerning was the presence of black mould in the room, which could well be a serious health and safety issue for children. All in all I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

1.我訂的房型居然會沒有了，沒有經過我的同意下更換房型，當晚直接給我説的沒有了，説我們去晚了，那是啥邏輯，欺負外地人？寫了免費寄存行李居然給我説個給好評才會免費寄存，這是威脅？説的24小時前台，居然前台的一個人都沒有。下次來就是住橋洞也不住這家酒店了。

吐槽這個房間地毯也太臟了吧 睡覺都能聞到一股説不來的氣味，床墊睡着也不舒服中間都睡塌了！果斷第二天換住處！

訂的標間，給的是閣樓也不告訴你，房間很差不衞生，上個廁所頭頂着玻璃門、重點是閣樓有樓梯搬行李可以累S你、也走路像磨牙的聲音、吵S人。昨晚入住時前台有客人吵架…給的房間跟網上落差太大、我們太累沒有力氣給她評理，希望大家訂房小心在小心
