Huge property, best location. Rooms were quite big in size. Lot of playing facilities available for kids. Can see scenic beauty while going towards Munnar city. Staff was courteous too. Food is expensive. In Breakfast, only 2 fruits were available. Unlike other resorts Nobody was available to serve tea, coffee on table. Overall a very satisfying and pleasant stay.

We were a group of 14 and chose Sterling munnar for our stay . I should say it was excellent . Rooms , food and services was exceptional. Especially the view , the morning sunrise drive is surely an unforgettable experience. Special call out for Yogesh and Pradeep from the restaurant team , ***athri from the main reception , can’t ask for more . Being a group of 14 and getting perfect experience was a commendable thing . Great place !

The Resort was amazing...clean and beautiful. The food was as per the local requirements and hence was good with a wide selection. I would like to thank the team especially Mr. Youngest, Pradeed the Chefs for their excellent service and care to details. They were so welcoming and assisted is every way by providing over and beyond service. There was another gentle*** as well during meal times who was every ready to help. I had the pleasure to meet the Chefs and some ***agement team who were were welcoming. It was an amazing experience and definitely a place to stay ... Thank you for your kind Hospitality...

It was a wonderful experience staying at Sterling Munnar. Property is too beautiful. Staff is really nice and food also great. Complimentary gym and games made my stay quite enjoyable. Massage at this hotel was also quite good. I would rate my stay 10/10 🔥

A comfortable stay, good property to visit with family, ***ager and staff was very co-operative, overall a very pleasant experience. The food was also great, especially the Breakfast, Verity and taste was really good, an unforgettable experience.

We are just back from a family trip to Chinnakanal. We stayed at the Sterling Munnar, because we had high regards for the property. But I must say we were thoroughly disappointed by the staff. The property as such was good, rooms were neat and clean. Location was excellent. Views were good. Lots of open area and play area for kids. The receptionist, Ms. ***atri was good and she even offered us an upgrade. But the rest of the staff were very rude and not at all welcoming; especially staff at the restaurant and the indoor play area. They definitely need some training on how to behave with guests. Pros: Excellent Location Decent clean rooms Cons: Rude and unwelcoming staff, especially at the restaurant & play area Poor Wi-fi

Best Honeymoon stay Accommodated ever!! Property and Associates were really down to earth and hospitable. Everyone had a genuine smile. Room was fabulous with a spectacular view to greenery mountains and lake. Special shout and recognition for couple of them ***n Nair (EAM) Bino (Ex-Chef) Yogesh (F&B ***ager) Pradeep (Captain) Will Definitely be back again, Well done Guys!!
