This mountain boutique hotel is clean and the individual/studio lodging accommodations have a fantastic old time charm. The courteous staff ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel's location made getting to the Valmalenco gondola a breeze. Daily breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Walking distance to restaurants for dinner. Access to spa area available on request (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna).

We had a fantastic stay during Feb half term. Anna and all the staff were really helpful, the room and view from hotel was great... And breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back. Grazie mille.

The hotel is wonderful and cosy. The staff is helpful and friendly. Everything compliments the unusual and pretty a**osphere of this mountainous Italian region. Great if you come to ski and enjoy high quality food.

WOW! Fabulous hotel in an excellent location. La Betulla has been refurbished with meticulous attention to detail. It really is a very special place to stay. The hosts and staff were welcoming, friendly, polite and always helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The bedroom was immaculate, warm and spacious with a great balcony offering stunning mountain views. It also provided bathrobes, toiletries, tea/caffe making facilities, free wifi, fridge and safe box etc. Plenty of choice for breakfast including, cereals, yogurts, local cheeses, breads, salumi, prosciutto, eggs - scrambled, boiled or anyway you like, sweet pastries, fresh fruit, juices, tea and caffe. Free ski shuttle to and from the cable car, made for pleasurable skiing without any hassle! Superb service. Relaxing in La Betulla’s wellness center after skiing was just perfect. In the evenings, we started with aperitifs at the La Betulla bar then a 2 minute stroll to one of our favourite places, Ristorante Malenco or Pizzeria Dunvegan. We most definitely recommend Hotel La Betulla.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and tidied so quickly that it was done before we returned from breakfast. Included breakfast was an European extravaganza. Lots of choices and continually restocked even if you arrive 5 min before the end of the breakfast hour.

Professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità di prim'ordine. Camera pulita, ampia e luminosa. Bagno grande e spazioso. Letto comodissimo. Colazione con ampia scelta dolce e salato. Aree comuni molto accoglienti e ben arredate. Servizio navetta per la funivia ottimo. Ski room un po' piccola, con scala scomoda per accedere, sarebbe un Plus modernizzare il locale (top sarebbe sfruttare un locale con accesso diretto dal parcheggio posteriore privato).

Camera deluxe bellissima, titolari gentilissimi ed ospitali. Colazione ricca con prodotti tipici. Hotel vicino alla funivia. La piccola spa una piacevole chicca dopo una giornata sulla neve. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Alla prossima!

moblè molto molto accogliente...hotel da poco ristrutturato,si sente ancora l odore del legno:il personale è molto gentile e sono venuti incontro alle nostre richieste, prima colazione molto ricca con frutta fresca, alcuni prodotti tipici della zona e varietà di scelta di brioches
