I arrived after midnight because my train was over 7 hours late. The receptionist was exceptional, professional,courteous and very informative and accommodating providing all information needed for a first time visit to Chicago. I will definitely stay pin this hotel again because it was clean and wonderful service. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Good location to reach out all science places. Giordano’s deep dish pizza is very near from hotel. Walking 5 mins to Skydeck Chicago building.

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Central Loop located nearby the station. This is super conveniences to getting there. Many coffee shop, convenience stores and restaurants are located surrounding. Gym room is good and this is why I chose Hilton Garden.

It was a pefect stay! Good price and good quality! I might come here again

房間大小適中，衞生環境設施等都還不錯，離火車站很近，酒店門口就是著名連鎖厚披薩店，離幾個著名景點如藝術博物館，千禧公園也都是十分鐘步行距離，還可以沿河步道散步賞景到豪華一英里去購物

房間總是被莫名其妙地敲門，半夜兩次，清早一次，樓下還時不時傳來警笛聲，環境存在很大的安全問題，根本休息不好！！！

空調不好使，屋裡14度，冷得要死，房間裏連一瓶水都不給我 The air conditioner in my room couldn’t work at all, and there was no free water for drink, can’t believe this is Hilton, does not worth $200

就在芝加哥最高樓旁邊，吃住玩都很方便，離火車站1000米，地鐵站300米，太方便了
