Below Average customer service for Australian standard , I wonder why Australian prefer to go overseas for a better customer service .  When I checked in the Bedsheet had a stain on it . i asked for an upgrade as a compensation for the inconvenience, they refused to upgrade my room telling me we will change the bedsheet complementary free of charge as if they are doing me a favour for their own mess .

Spacious rooms, a safe environment, and thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great facilities for kids in the resort. Overall it has become a bit aged, but both rooms and location overall are still good and nice hub to explore Phillip Island.

Spacious room space and clean, easy and quick access to Pengium Prarade and churchill island.
