我晚上十二點多到的酒店，他們居然沒有房間了，説讓我找其它酒店，這個點，大晚上，又冷又餓，我去哪找其它酒店啊，沒辦法衹能去我朋友房間窩了一晚上，早上我就把第二天的房間直接取消了，不知道退不退我款。

Arlo was a very nice hotel at a very convenient location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern. We would for sure stay here again!

The hotel was fantastic...was on the top floor and had a BEAUTIFUL view. The only problem is the bed was rather hard and the pillows were terrible!!! We have never stayed at a hotel with pillow so flat. Asked for new pillows for the next night, same pillows. Weird.

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed here with my wife. We liked it so much the 1st time, we decided to rebook again. Great location and very close to the Grant Park North garage. Only knock I could say was that they seemed to be short staffed. We will likely be staying here again in the future.

The location is steps away from Millennium Park, right on Michigan Avenue... which made entering from Garland the better option as valet service was not available. We loved the sights, scents, and sounds of the lobby and the About Last Knife restaurant. The only thing we didn't love was the frosted glass bathroom door... which makes it hard to keep the room dark if one of us wants to use the facilities in the middle of the night without waking the other.

I had a Millennium room w/ a view of Millennium Park and the lake. Rooms are on the small side, but very comfortable. The staff is super-friendly, the restaurant was good and the service excellent. Well-appointed gym. Convenient location. A winner all around.

The room was amazing, well worth the Milennium park view.
Unexpected non-optional charges on check-in are incredibly annoying. Just quote the price as the actual price.

The man at the counter was unapproachable and rude when I did speak to him. The lady at the counter didn't speak at all when I was trying to check in.
Other than that checking in experience, it was great. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the night staff.
The location was great and in the center of downtown Chicago, so very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Also never heard a peep out of anyone in nearby rooms.
Overall great experience.
