The bag man was super helpful the minute we pulled up to the front door.

The toilet in my room had warter leak a little. Cleaning staff should have noticed this matter.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel it was pretty convenient for me. They do have a destination fee and I believe they charge incidental fees for each night and not just one for your whole stay. You park in a parking garage across the street but the bellhop will take all your belongings to your room. The room itself is pretty small but since I often do solo trips I didnt mind it. I enjoyed the stay overall and plan to stay here again.

Walls were unusually thin. Felt as though I was in the conversations from the rooms next door. Elevators were slow and not functioning correctly. Rooms were small, cramped and the closet was a little space not even big enough to hang up any clothes. Overall the hotel seems to present itself as a high end 5 star hotel and I would not even give it 1 star. Needs a complete overhaul.

The hotel was just fine, the room clean and comfortable, the location excellent and the food at the 312 was great.

Great stay for our anniversary. The hotel staff were lovely, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the location was great for our excursions in tbe city.

I love this property! Definitely leans into its vintage energy. The staff is wonderful and rooms are comfortable.

Such a beautiful venue! The rooms are so classy and modern. The only downside is the parking situation. We didn't get any details about the parking and then had to find parking a block away.

Wonderful stay. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant 312 was fabulous. Right next door to cadillac palace theatre where we saw a show. Reasonably priced. 5 *s.

Truly a nice hotel. It's an old hotel but has been kept up nicely such that nothing feels dated. Location is great. Hotel staff was super nice. One gets a voucher for a nearby restaurant and arguably the nicest touch is the complementary bottle of Pinot Noir in the room - very nice touch. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Second time staying here, it was lovely again and the amenities are much better now too!
