This was one pf the best hotel stays ever. From welcome ap to departure. Great team, spotless clean and comfortable room. Great concept where even small might be outstanding. Thank you.

2022年的酒店，入住和退房都是自助的，房間較小但是很新，pad控制房間設備，位置在市中心，結合價格算基本滿意了。

I loved my stay at the Citizen M.
It has a nice funky feel to it. Rooms are smallish and wish they had coffee in the rooms, but overall hard to beat for the price.

This hotel can be very resonable choice to travel chicago. Cozy room, small but convenient. Location is perfect to walk around, and very safe place.

My partner and I stayed for three nights. The hotel was, trendy, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and freshly made. We enjoyed working out at the gym. We love the lobby area. Tons of comfortable setting around the bar. We will stay here when we return to Chicago in the summer.

This is a wonderful hotel! Located near everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great . My only problem was the pillows . They are not soft and fluffy very, very firm. It would be nice if they had a pillow menu, however I would stay there again on my next visit.

I went out to Chicago for a week and booked at cutizenM since it was so close to work. The price was amazing compared to some other spots nearby but the room and experience was awesome overall. I loved the design of the building and interior and the self-check in and check-out were easy. The room itself was clean and felt welcoming and new like I opened a sealed package. The cool tech like the lights and au**oatic blinds were a nice touch too.
Overall a great time I would easily recommend to anyone visiting Chicago for work or with someone.
