Very basic. Fine for one night or two. Staff not very proficient in English which can make it hard trying to get directions - not their fault but ours for not speaking their language.

The hotel does not have elevator, nor any one to assist with luggage. I am disabled needed to claim stairs with my heavy bag. The room door's gap allows anyone to look inside the room. When I called the reception to ask about wifi password she was very rude. Will never return

Check in was at 2pm, our room was not ready until 5pm.
Staff at front desk were not as so nice but very stern as with a school not a hotel.
Booking stated that breakfast was complimentary just to find when we sat for breakfast that it was not!!!

The Hotel is one block away from the down town area so it’s a quick walk if you like to shop at the stores. We have stayed there several times & this is the 2nd time we went there and their pool was very dirty, cloudy color and green, could not see the bottom of the pool. The main facility we look for the kids is a pool. Both time we were disappointed. Additionally our itinerary had check out at 1pm, the front desk called to notify us that it was 12 and she was very rude about it, even when we handed in the keys she had an attitude and her face was unpleasant. My family will not be staying there again. It’s sad because we normally do on all our visits, but their service has gotten unacceptable.

Nice hotel but wasn't clean. There was an item on the steps the entire time we were there. The pool was full of algae and we had a huge cockroach in our room the 1st day we were there. The bathroom off the pool also wasnt cleaned the entire time we were there, as evidenced by fecal matter left on the toilet seat. Outside the hotel, the smell of sewage was overwhelming.
The location was centrally located, and the hotel across the street had a restaurant, which i guess would be what we liked

Pros: close to the airport, ADO, & water ferry. Easy to hail a taxi.
Cons: Very noisy atrium with sound that bounces all hours. Some other guests were having a very loud party in the seats by the pool. This went on from 10pm to 1am. We did altert the front desk multiple times but no action was taken on their part. If you do stay bring ear plugs. Previous reviews mentioned water presure but ours was fine.
