Hotel is modern and clean with a good vibe. Good location , 10 mins walk into town centre and close to the train station. Good choice of restaurants and bars/pubs nearby.

Excellent service staff were really lovely, check in was done quickly would highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel in a lovely area by the canal. Good for accessing the train station and town centre. The room was clean and have everything needed for an overnight stay. The bar is welcoming and does good food. Breakfast was great.

Perfect location. The hotel is within walking distance of the Railway station and the City centre. Rooms are spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable say. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any query we had. Check in very efficient and free complimentary drink. A late check out of 12pm and a good buffet breakfast helped make for a very relaxing short stay.

Limited parking available, you need to park near the train station and quite a distance walk to the hotel. Bathroom door is hard to close and the basin water flow slow and overflowed. Limited power points.

Perfect location for the train station and townw centre. A quirky hotel with very friendly staff. On the canal too so a lovley location for a drink with friends.

The room and facilities were nice and the staff here were super supportive ! Definitely an excellent place to stay if you are going to Chester.

Thought this hotel was quite good for the price. Its a little walk into town but nice along the canal. Soundproofing seemed quite goo

Great for a one night stop for work. The complimentary cocktail was a nice touch and breakfast in the morning was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
