非常乾淨整潔，房間寬敞，床很大，軟硬合適，所有設施齊全且比較新。非週末價格合理。去大煙山住這裏最好，比蓋特林堡好多了。唯一遺憾是衞生間隔音效果欠佳，沖馬桶聲音很大。不過睡覺還是非常安靜。

The room to our door opened directly into the parking lot. It was noisy and unsafe. There was a water stain that covered 3/4 of the ceiling, the room had a terrible odor. Cigarette burns stains in multiple places on comforter. Pillows were old and lumpy- unusable. Looks nothing like pictures. The shuttle to the ****** was out of service. There was no refund option. ******* nor hotel could/would help. Very disappointing.

The valet people were so kind to us. The man at the desk helped us put alot and even the lady for the 2nd night that we stsyed. They were so kind

We were put in a room right next to the elevator and we could hear it every single time it ran. We could hear the ice maker when it ran. The bed was hard. The room was clean and staff very friendly. The shuttle ran on time.

The room was good and clean. Shuttle service was a great plus. Bed was comfortable. Just wish the water pressure was stronger. We will stay again.
