Celebrated my wife's birthday in Ramada. Arun has done a great job. Amazing candle light setup. Susanta service was too good. Love to come again. Dishes taste good. Starters were good with yummy biryani. I would recommend to try for surprise your loved one

This hotel is not suitable for business if you need to work remotely. I was in floor 3 and 4 and in none of them internet worked properly. Impossible to have a video call. I had to use phone data all the time. No A/C in the corridors. Hotel reception is a mess: they took almost one hour to complete my check in procedure. They called me several times to ask about checkout time, even when it was not my last day in the hotel. On the positive side, breakfast was decent.

The hotel is very good , breakfast is excellent, staffs are very polite and Mr Giri is a gentleman very polite person . House keeping does it work neat and clean . It was a pleasant stay and over all It was good experience. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone

The hotel has been around for many years. Therefore many of the systems are not working well. The air-conditioning in the room is not cold and the WiFi is not stable and for most of the time it goes on and off in the room. However, all the staff in the hotel, the front desk staff, bellhop, waiters etc are very cheerful, helpful and well-mannered. The breakfast buffet is average but the a la carte lunch and dinner are good.

I stayed there for 4 days and Ram Ghorai did an excellent job. He kept our room cleans every day and provided all the amenities that we needed. Udhaya did an exceptional supervision of or day to day needs. The hotel from outside and inside just looked as it was on the ******* website.

The hospitality was very good here. Had a wonderful experience.The housekeeping staff especially Perumal was very good in his work.Everyone here are very friendly in explaining everything. Felt like home here. Hoping to be back here soon.
